Terms of Service and Linking Criteria



1. You MAY NOT send "spam" or "unsolicited commercial e-mail promoting our sites! Case closed! You will not be paid if you send traffic to our site from spam! This includes SPIMMING or CHAT SELLING

2. You may use any text link as long as it is a proper description of the site you're promoting. For example, you may not use a text link saying "Click here to see Anna Kornikova naked" or make reference to child pornography or bestiality.

3. You may not place banners or text links on ANY page that contains actual or simulated depictions of bestiality or child pornography. Additionally, you may not place our banners or link from pages which contain advertisements for bestiality or child pornography. We will not partner with webmasters who break the law! This policy exists to protect you, ourselves and all of our valued partners.

4. Any webmaster found cheating or committing fraud will be terminated immediately.

5. Our PPS (Pay Per Signup) Program is available on a limited basis. The "Pay Per Sale" Payouts are reserved for Credit Card Joins made through our Private Merchant Accounts ONLY. ACH Check, PureVanilla, TrustCash, NetCash, Password By Phone, CCbill, SEGpay and any other 3rd Party, Prepaid, or Dialer Biller will give affiliates a Revshare Payout of 60% of net revenue per member.

6. Checks will be issued on the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd of each month for the previous period's commissions earned. We also put affiliates on a 2 week (14 day) payment hold if the account is new (meaning first payout).

7. Affiliates may have their account placed on payout-hold if our fraud department deems the account suspicious. If this occurs to you, please email bob@soloconverts.com and we will be able to further assist you.

8. You must be 18 or 21 years of age, depending on your local jurisdiction, to participate in the sponsor program.

9. Resellers lose the commission on any initial joins that are refunded or charged back at the request of the member.

10. In order to receive your first affiliate payment, you need to contact us at bob@soloconverts.com. At that time we will review your account and issue your payment. This step is an additional level of fraud prevention, which ensures that we are able to pay our affiliates on time and with the highest payouts possible.

11. Affiliates who promote via Pay Per Signup links that have less than a 30% trial to full membership conversion rate will automatically be put under administrator review for possible fraud or error.

12. Affiliates who have a monthly average of 5% or more chargebacks and/or 7% or more refunds can be placed under administration review for suspicion of fraud.

13. Any affiliate accounts subject to administrative review could be placed on an indefinite hold of payouts.
